More than a business.

ABOUT

A DIFFERENT WAY OF THINKING.

I’m Caroline. And if there’s one thing about me, it’s that I’m always thinking about how something could work better.

IDENTITI started there.

I work with business owners who have ideas - usually a lot of them - but need another brain in the room to help sort through what stays, what goes and what actually makes sense to do next.

BEYOND THE WORK

There’s a whole life happening over here, too.

I’m a wife and mom in a beautifully blended family of six, so yes, there’s usually a lot going on.

I’m equal parts creative brain and systems brain. Very Libra of me - I like balance, things that make sense, and a good-looking result while still being practical. I notice the details. Probably more than I need to, but it’s my version of how I see things through rose color glasses.

Music is almost always on. Latina household - silence was never really the vibe. I’ll listen to just about anything, but Motown can have me all day. And if I’m suddenly singing into a remote-control Donna Summer is most likely responsible.

My dream office will absolutely have a disco ball.

And when I’m not rearranging something or decluttering, I’m probably listening to Crime Junkie or a book - hopeless romantic at heart but give me a good psychological crime/thriller and I’m just as happy. And then there are the books we don’t need to discuss in a professional setting. Ladies you know the genre. Wink, wink.

So, yes - a little bit of everything. Creative, systems, family, music, organization, chaos, good taste, and a lot of moving parts. It all makes sense to me, and somehow, it shows up in my work.

A disco ball hanging from the ceiling reflecting light, creating diamond-shaped light spots on the wall, with a potted plant to the right.

You probably don’t need more ideas.

You may just need someone who can look at all of them with you.

HOW I HELP

I’m not interested in making your business look like everyone else’s version of successful.

STRATEGY

We look at where you are, where you’re trying to go and what actually deserves your attention next.

BRAND

Not just how it looks. How it sounds, feels, and shows up - in a way that actually feels like yours.

SYSTEMS

Because the behind-the-scenes matters too. We simplify what’s making things harder and build structure where you actually need it.

Pretty matters. So does making sense.

WHY IDENTITI

IDENTITI

THE NAME IS PRETTY MUCH THE POINT.

I don’t think a good brand should make you look like somebody else.

It should make what’s already there easier to see.

Your ideas. Your perspective. The way you work. The things your clients come to you for that you probably don’t even realize are part of your brand.

That’s what I’m looking for.

Not what we can add just because everyone else is doing it. What actually belongs - and what doesn’t

Because when the pieces finally match the person and business behind them, everything gets a whole lot easier to build from there.

Sunlight casting shadows of window panes onto a beige wall, with black lettering that reads 'SAME VISION. CLEARER PATH.', next to a glass door and a potted plant inside.
A black textured notebook with the word 'IDENTITY' embossed on the cover, a black pen resting on it, gold-rimmed eyeglasses, and a marble tray with small gold paper clips, all placed on a dark marble surface.

MY STORY

Turns out, the way my brain works is actually pretty useful.

I didn’t actually have “start a brand studio” on the life plan.

I’ve done a little bit of everything over the years. Different jobs, helping other people with their dream goals, building some of my own and managing all the moving parts that come with, well… life.

The jobs changed. Life changed. But the part I kept coming back to didn’t.

Give me something with too many ideas, no real direction or pieces that aren’t quite working together and my brain immediately starts sorting it out.

For a long time, I just thought that was me being particular.

Turns out, it’s actually pretty useful.

So, here we are. IDENTITI.
